- In 2000, more homes costing over $500,000 were built than under $100,000.
- In 1992, 1,200 homes costing under $100,000 were built. In 2001, only 6 were built by for-profit general contractors.
- In 2000 there are over 21,000 families living in poverty housing in Franklin County.
- Each year, we receive over 1,000 inquiries from people seeking safe, affordable housing.
- This year the affiliate expects to complete 20 houses.
